Flash Player Version Number Display

  Earlier today, I installed the latest version of the Flash Player:  13.0.0.182

  In my Maxthon, Comodo and Google browsers, the correct, current version number is displayed; however, when I load the WGT game client from Maxthon, the old version is displayed:

  

  Oddly enough, when loading the WGT game client from Google and/or Comodo, the current, correct version is displayed.

  Yes, I cleared the Maxthon cache, and even rebooted.  IDEAS?

  It'll be easier to re-download Maxthon as it keeps the one that was current at the time it was dowloaded. Mind you if your meter is smooth I'd leave it where it is.

  Did you use Maxthon to initiate the flash download? But as Courteney said, if you have a good meter it might be prudent to leave as is.

  Maxthon , controls what version of flash that you have . You are not able to to change the update settings for flash . This is how they make sure that it stays compatible , with their browser . Until they change the flash version , that is what you will have.
