FlashPlayer 13.0.0.182 appears to be a dud for WGT play

  Personal opinion :  reverting to  NPSWF32.12.0.0.77.dll

  Confirmed: recovered stability after reversion to 12.0.0.77 Video playback is also stable. core I5 Win7 32 bit Maxthon Cloud browser

  I use 0.0.77 on Max 3. Apart from the occasional shoot-through it's as smooth as silk.

  Windows 7; Core i7.  Latest flash update (13,0,0,182 ) smooth as last one here.  No complaints using Comodo Dragon.

  Windows 7, Chrome, using Flash Player 13,0,0,182  and no problems here either.

  Someone said that unlike most other browsers Maxthon doesn't always update when Flash Player does. 

  So if you use Maxthon don't install any Flash Player updates not included/concurrent with a Maxthon update.
