picks green speed n so on n locks it?

  i try create game now n green speed locks on very fast i play on tourney always by default  shws bunch stuf locked now?

  hey shoe, this bug seems to only show a slower green speed,
  but in fact the game is set to the normal playing speed.

  for example, OP sees locked green speed as very fast instead of tournament,
  I see locked speed as tournament instead of championship
  (but in fact when you get tot the green it IS championship,
  and only says its tournament on round details, so probably a display bug).
