I now have a free putter pal. Is that just for the Open?

And I've thrown my monitor through the window all ready.  Damn WGT and Its WTF SHOTS!

A Brilliant round RUINED by WTF> (or maybe the hole plays shorter???)

Get to hole 18 at -14 and 144 yards to pin with 10 mph left to right wind, a 55 was on the cards and getting excited, 150 iron full spin should get me in the 144 to 147 yards range especially if i take a few fractions off power, at worst i'm going to score a 56, until WGT came into the mix.  150 Iron under hit with full spin and i get 157 yards and over shoot green!! OK I can handle this, 56 is still going to be a qualifying score probably.  I have 13 yards pitch shot to save par and i know my 17 yard pitch shot power inside out, i scored an eagle with a 13 yard pitch on front.  I go to same power and was shocked to  see pitch shot fly to 19 yards and stop dead.  LOL, Got to LAUGH.  Just have to take my medicine and hope 6 yard putt goes in, get to 1 foot and by know i was exploding so just casualy putted for bogey, and even missed the one footer.  WGT you dont have to stick the knife in any more, the pitch shot was enough.  Just when you think you've seen It all here. WGT never lets you down.  Oh well, Its time to try again :)

Man, ur whingeing is something else.

So I am on course for a sub 60 and this is what happens, I don't think so.

There are too many players out there shooting better than you, and we don't see them moaning and groaning do we.

Just from the distances listed and the shot type Chris - looks like you might have hit the 7-iron instead of the 8 be it accidental wheel spin or whatever.  From my experience the hole plays to stated length.  It is a shame that it happened though - you had a great round going for sure.

Yes the distances are tied in with 7i  but I wish It was something as simple to explain as that but due to the round I was hoping to achieve (tyeing with yourself) I was being extra careful and double checking what club I had and making sure finger was no where near the scroll.  When I hit the ball It was the 150 iron which Mr>Avatar was holding

(You see, It costs nothing to post a polite answer, nice one Spammage.  All you trolls who have nothing better to do than abuse  other players posts you're getting funnier by the day.  Concentrate a bit more on playing golf than giving sarcastic answers to posts and you might get better scores yourselves too)

Well, you wouldn't be the first person though to show one thing on your club selection and be holding something else per the software.  I know that somebody on here posted a screen shot of holding a driver when it says the putter was selected in the low left.  I wasn't trying to blame you for the mistake in other words - just one of those crappy things that happens sometimes.
