Game crash lost game and credits

  I was playing a match play game a short while ago, and it was taking very long for my opponent to load, then the game crashed with an unexpected error please close the window and try again later.

  04.30.14

  Match Play Game against XERO3838. You lost 90.

  Challenge Loss

  -90 Cr

  I was leading the match 1UP at the time of the crash, and when I opened the game window straight away, I see that it says I have lost the credits.

  Can you please rectify this problem.

  Please contact customer service directly.  They will be able to look into the issue for you.

  same thing happened to me ,game froze (Load manager error) , i restarted the game ,but the only active button  was the FORFEIT one ,how funny is that ! ,then no message no nothing ,bye-bye credits ,just like that!

  Had a game crash on me as well.  Was doing 18 hole skins and after the 4th hole there was no scorecard/continue button, nothing but an ad on top of the screen.   Waited approximately 30 seconds and was brought to the tee, upon the tee loading the game crashed w/ an "unexpected error".  Refreshed the browser and it said I'd forfeited.   The amount of time from putting on the 4th to the game client reloading following a refresh could not have been more than 70 seconds.  Will be emailing support but just letting others know...

   

  Edit-  Strange, didn't notice until after posting that I didn't lose any credits.  Nothing appears in my account history about the round ever happening, no credits lost/wagered.

  The game is really becoming a joke,nothing but load and disconnects no matter what browser I try....Fix the phucking thing WGT,it's all on your end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This.  The first time we all got no message as if the match never happened.  The 2nd time my partner had no meter and decided to go back to the lobby to reset only to get a message saying that we had forfeit.  This was in a guild over at wgtls so we had to "replay" the first 5 holes.  Wasted hits on balls and no ex pts but I expect wgt to do what they've always done... nothing.

  Happened to me this morning as well - Match Play on Pinehurst - I was 2 UP after 7 holes.  LOADING failed and I closed the window and reconnected - only to see "You did not return in time - You lose 300 credits".  (It had only been about 60-90 seconds).

   

  WGT please look into this bug.

  its obvious this problem  is another bug that wgt will ignore. this is getting old.

  im tired of waisting money for wgt to ignore fixes and add new features that create

  more bugs. common wgt get of you ars & use some of the $$$ to fix these problems

  or hire some better game developers and weed out the rest.

  the same thing happened to me on 2 stroke play games in a row . Both times it was on the last hole while putting out. I played my putt with 20 seconds on the timer it went to 00:00 i hit refresh and it said my game was oner because i didn't return on time. As it is we don't get many shots on a ball before it is gone, and now we lose a game and a ball and in some instances credits? WGT must be balancing out the free credits thing at our expence.
