  his has now happened to me at least 5 x ...and no respone from WGT Customer Service...and I keep losing credits when I am UP in a Challenge Match..
  WGT.I would rather give my money to charity!!

  Pbusch u got my money last game. WGT did not let me enter the game after internet disconnection.

  Hi everyone

  I have had this happen a 4 times in the last two weeks, each time I contacted customer support, and the issue was resolved within a day.

  If they are not responding then you should check that you have the correct email address specified.

  Hey WGT, I contacted you directly about this exact same issue.  I see dozens and dozens of posts reflecting the same exact problem.

  Although you refunded my first three lost matches, I am still waiting for the 222 credits I lost, and would appreciate if you would give aannddyy the 444 credits that he lost just yesterday against me.

  How hard is it to put all of the 1s and 0s in the right place anyway?

  Not that anyone from WGT is listening, but I've had tons of unexpected error crashes and freezes, and just general wgt bugs or errors that has cost me just in the last 2 days, 2 skins matches (1800 credits in total) and a couple of match play games as well with reasonable amounts of credits.

  I refuse to play anymore until wgt fixes these issues. It has gotten to the point where I don't see the point of playing a match play or a skins game, as chances are, whether I am up or down, it will crash and I'll lose everything anyway.

  I'd submit bug reports in-browser, but these very bugs stop any right-click ability and any ability to report such bugs.

  Just happened to me again last hole i got unexpected error window and refreshed got back to the screen waiting for the other players but there was no timer refreshed a second time and it said i didn't return in time so i lost. and of course it was the last hole

  Me too in the last two weeks has already happened three times.
  I sent an email to the support wgt to explain the problem and gave me back the credits.
  Wonder how you ever seen a recurrence of this problem wgt does not take remedy.
