  Y J,,,I have been around long enough to know how to return to a game when an error occurs but when WGT does not give you that option the problem in my opinion is definitely on their end,,,for those of you posting that you rarely ever have any disconnect or error problems would you care to let the rest of us know which browser and set up you are using?.....I use maxthon 3 and game boost with a high powered gaming computer,the problems I have had recently have really effected my game and it has only been the past couple weeks,before that for over two years I could count my disconnects and error messages on one hand.....still mad as hell...ughhhhhh

  You might want to let us know what your internet connection carrier is and speed rating. Also do you use a wireless router and/or wireless mouse as well.

  I use IE 8 on 2 older PC's with Win XP Op sys's  and refuse to update Flash from version11.3.300.271 on both. Have Comcast Cable home and work rated at 100Mbph download speed(tested to 83Mbph) . Hard wired direct PC and hard wired mouse. I have perfect meter and never a single connection problem from my end. When playing multi, I always have to wait on the other player to load while mine in instant.  Heck I rarely play multi at all just because I can't stand waiting on others to load. Never have had a disco while playing single in any game. Work or home, my games always run perfectly.

  I see that my post really doesn't help you now but at least take a look at all the connection factors between you and WGT. Damn shame to have lost such a good qualifer score.

  br1b3...I really don't think you want to discuss stats (take a look at yours)when you have only six ranked rounds since "2009",,,,it's true I scored a 60 on my first attempt to qualify and have only tried 2 times since but withdrew after 12 to 15 holes knowing I wouldn't qualify in those attempts,,,do us all a favor superman,give it a go and post your score,so far your best score on 9 holes is 30 and your best on 18 holes is a whopping 180 how the hell does anyone score 180 on 18 holes?????,yea I'm sure you're impressing everyone with your knowledge of the game,the only thing laughable in what you are posting is you!!!!!!!!

  CerinoDevoti ........the only thing that may be a problem but never has been in the last 2 1/2 years is i'm connected through a router,other than that my equipment is and has been more than enough to run smoothly,like I said in my opening post the problems only began about two weeks ago before that I only had a handful of disconnects or error messages,hopefully they get resolved soon.....

  Hey Dave - that sucks man - I wish I had an answer for you.  I have the occasional "freeze" or timeout but a simple reboot and all is well again.  I have never had it not let me back into a stroke round to complete it.  Like you I use Maxthon 3 browser to play.

  filmslayer,,,not chronic at all,i never had any complaints in 2 1/2 years of playing but the last two weeks have been ridiculous with all the disconnects and errors that a lot of players have been complaining and posting about,not just me,,,so it seems WGT is not taking it serious....JUST SAYING!!!!!!!!!!

  This was my thinking when I first responded. I've never had a game just vanish after a disconnect.

  No Dave has a point, i will definitely agree he's not Bull 5hitting with his diconect theory as It just happened to me, but in match play.

  I was 1 up on the 8th, then opponent disconects, we get back to game menu and game re-loads only for me then to get booted out of the game, when i re load, my opponent has vanished and i'm the only player there in green but i cant do anything and game wont load and all the game offers me is a forfeit button under my name, i close browser and when i return the game has been cancelled with out any time out timer and my game has vanished AND MY CREDITS TOO.  I checked my opponent and he had bagged my credits.  if its happening in multi player games then this booted out and game cancelling might happen in single player too.

  So please for once, don't defend WGT saying it "our end" its clearly a problem with WGT since their last update because whats the golden rule???  "When ever there's an update, IT CAUSES A BUG SOME WHERE ELSE!!....LOL  

  But i dislike the fact WGT will still let these games for credits run and take their cut whilst we lose $7 ball usage and credits and stick their heads in the sand

  They are all matchplays,or multiplayer rounds,not tournaments.Tournaments do not time out until finish date.Have not seen anyone with a problem in tournaments or single play games.
