disconnect return issue

  Immediate return to match play game and message says I did not return in-time?

  Happened to me too.  Said I lost.  I was 1up on the 9th.  Couldn't wait 2 more strokes...

  It also happened to me. 1 time in ALT and 1 time in a scored m.p. game. My game screen froze up on me so all i did was "x"-out and hit the play button again, when i came back no more than 15 seconds later i was told i timed out and me/ my partner didn't return in time and we lost,lol. Big time game bug WGT, please fix it. Also there is no record of the ALT and m.p. game being played on the friends activity list or my profile, jeeez.

  At this rate we will all end up as red ticks for quitting when it's WGT's fault!!!

  So I'll not try to play anymore until this issue is fixed.

  ive just been hooked out of 2 games in a row, 

  game 1  , 39 per hole skins game...never played a shot ...credits lost

  game 2  , 200 cred m/p   game was conceded on the 8th green, i won 2up after he gave me the putt... then oppo disco'd and i was left standing...5 minutes later turns out i lost ..lol

  630 odd credits lost  + 200 credit for the mp win

  waiting reply from customer support.

   Being new to the game I must say i love it or am trying to LOL,one of the first times i signed on a very nice gentleman gave me a great tip,he advised me to be good at this game i need to find out and take notes on how far my clubs hit in different conditions by going to practice mode and playing #18 at st. andrews,so off i went and after many hours of tedious note taking i figured i was ready to get my feet wet.

    After playing with others which was very intimidating to me at first until I saw my note taking and advice from him was paying off and i was just as good as anyone at my level,i am now comfortable with my game enough to venture out and play all the available courses,he also told me to read as much as I can in the forums regarding different types of shot options and how to properly use them,I have such a long ways to go but feel i do pretty darn good considering the limited equipment I have to work with,he also told me as i advance to the higher levels that better equipment is a must,,,well as a single mom my kids are #1 as far as any fun money spent so I will deal with the starter stuff until I can watch enough videos and try enough surveys to gather credits to purchase better equipment in order to improve my game.

  Edit note,,tried playing three games so far today and none of us could finish,is this something we have to contend with and has it been a problem for very long?

    Back on topic,,,I have read many many complaints on being disconnected and not being able to return to games which is very frustrating to say the least,when i was practicing by myself and playing a few rounds by myself I had none of these problems but now that I have been playing with others in stroke play the problems are very apparent,, it's so frustrating to meet new players and start having fun with new friends only to have the game quit on us,I only hope WGT can resolve the many issues I'm reading about and experiencing first hand so we all can enjoy the game without the many problems that a lot of us are experiencing,,,have fun all and happy Mothers day........Laura
