Special offer not applicable

  The special offer advertised to newbies like me directs us to purchase credits but does not apply these credits to the purchase of the special offer.  I can't find a way to access said special offer (e.g. Taylormade set of balls and putter and driver for 799 Cr) from the Pro Shop.
  This may not have been the forum to post in.  My apologies if we've missed.

  I'm also trying to purchase a newb offer. I have earned enough credits, but it directs me to pay with a credit card...why won't it accept the credits I've earned. Frustrating...

  Please contact customer service.  They should be able to help you out.
