Hi!
I almost missed out on a game yesterday because of this. It started (for me) with the last update.
Background:
Prior to the latest update, if I didn't have the game client screen open and I received an invitation from one of my FABULOUS friends to play with them, as soon as I clicked "accept", the game client screen would open (launch?) immediately.
Description of issue:
Since the last update, if I do NOT have the game client screen open (and minimised - is that the correct term?), then nothing happens. If I then immediately open the game client screen to ameliorate the problem of the screen not opening automatically, I am simply taken to the normal opening main game client screen, with no invitation. The invitation then simply disappears.
I then have to frantically send whomever has invited me to play, a private message, asking them to please invite me again.
I have now got into the habit of clicking on the "PLAY NOW" button on the main screen, in order to open the game client screen, but this appears to be a bug that has been recently introduced.
Or should I clear my cache, re-install my software, strip off my clothes and leap off the roof into the pool during a still moonlit night, all the while murmuring, "whatnots squirrels yuengling bigfoot"?
