    I vote for the Current.

I like knowing if I'm playing bad I still usually have a shot at getting half my credits, which is enough incentive to get me to finish the round. Paying out less than half your entry fee is just too small. Current top payout is reasonable.

I also would like more of the weekly premium multiround tournaments with the 100cr entry fee with a maximum of 200 entries and paying out 70 positions, where finishing in top 30 wins credits (more than entry fee).

Also when these weekly multiround tournaments fill up or when the 2nd round begins, then create another multi-round, don't wait until Monday, just keep them rolling out.

I would keep the cut for payments to the top 30.

Finishing in the Top 10 is a huge achievement.,  apart from the Top 3,   Positions 4-10 doesn't pay that much. Maybe bump up the percentages in those positions and cut the Percentages from the Top (sorry)

    Boomerboy44:

THE READY GO'S ARE NOT BROKE, so why fix them???

If not why are they asking the members for ideas.?? They never do that.

A tiered system at all levels.

    TL; Great

          Good

          Fair

    L; Great

         Good

         Fair

and so on through all the levels.

This is what i was kind of referring to Boomer. 1 way to figure out who fits which bracket is the earnings they have from RG's. And as CIB says, something like a league system, where if you are great at RG's, then you will be in the top tier etc. Anyway, i dont see this happening, so i still wont be paying them, lol.

Ohhhh, Ok. That makes a bit more sense. Sorry, ignorance a factor there. I shouldn't have guessed/assumed. Thanks Bollox.

ah man, if i have a poor round, i'm grateful of any credits back, even if it's 1c!

If I have a good round then I know I will get a good return. A great round ...even better!

there was a time I didnt get any return, so I didnt play RGs... when I improved, i started having a bash.

I certainly didnt moan to WGt that i am shite, therefore cut the winnings for people playing the good to great rounds....

I vote for anything that us customers think is good value for money..... seems a massive cut WGT take...wow!

I like to play a ready-go now and then ,i dont kid myself and expect to win (only won 1 RG in 3 years...lol ) but it does give the game a little edge when theres credits on the line.it's a thrill for average players like me to see that once in a while my name is above 1 of the "elite" players.it doesn't happen often .

I think the present system is about right, though the rake WGT take is extortionate seeing as most players only spend any credits they may win on WGT  anyway.

I understand the argument that the top few should get paid out better but that could eliminate a lot of players from playing,in the end all you would have playing the RG's is the elite.

someone inthis thread said" most players use RG's to pay for balls" cant see how that is true when most of us lose credits when playing them ,even if we have a good round.

it seems that the majority of people asking for bigger payouts for the top places are players who  already do quite well in them.

am i jealous of the top players?...yes. would i like to be able to win lots of credits playing RG's so i wouldn't have to use real money to play?....yes

But i think of this game as a community and we need to try and share the wealth around as much as we can and give everyone a chance of feeling the thrill of maybe ,once in a while getting more creds back than we put in in a RG.

Since the rake isn't the only revenue stream that WGT gets in ready goes, with ball use and clubs purchased, I think that moving it down to a more reasonable figure like 5% would be appropriate.

I'm still not sure that I agree that we need to pay out to 60% of the entrants, I think that 40%, top 20 would be a little more appropriate and I would like to see every position broken by the tie breakers that already exist.

So there you have it Wgt. The general consensus from players is, your rake is too high. Wgt gets 20% of the entry in a ready go. The winner gets 15%. Wgt is always the winner and not the players.
