This is about (I don't know how many times) a situation like this occurs;
I'm ( -6) going on to 17th tee @ Pinehurst No.2 and a player decides to quit! This player doesn't forfeit, even after being asked and instructed how to do so "Nicely!" Well, after (4) Birds, (1) holed Eagle from 160, (2) hit Flagsticks and waiting the ( 2) minute time to elapse from the disconnect...The game locks up and does not allow us to continue play. "GAME OVER!"
What's lost: 1.) Possibly a good score(?) 2.) The holed Eagle stat! 3.) The Flagstick(s) stat! 4.) Time! (90 minutes of my life) 5.) Life off a $2.33 Golf Ball! 6.) I could go on & on!
Keep in mind, this has also happened & continues to happen (far to many times) with out a player disconnect!!
Every time I start a new round, I ask myself; "Why?"...I am more concerned about a game shut-down, than playing the round! The term; "Here we go again", has become a common term throughout this game!
I'm going to need Anger Management classes!
So, is it "Just Me" ?
