4 player skins match..froze..loss of credits

  Hello,we were on the 6th hole of st andrews challenge skins match which froze everyone and we all lost our credits as nobody had won any yet,but it took our credits regardless lol,471 credits per person..please look into it and refund us please,i guess its been a recurring problem from what im hearing..thanks in advance.

    I lost 300 creds  the other day...I clicked on "contact" at the bottom of the screen and then clicked on "customer service" and entered my problem and the next day my credits were reimbursed.
