Every time I select play now I get a unexpected error in the new window. The problem happened after I closed the browser window after a game failed to launch. Now every time I try to get back in the same unexpected error message occurs.
Troubleshooting: For Google Chrome I have cleared all History and cookies. I have uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled. For flash I have cleared all cache for all sites and tried to set data to unlimited. I have also deleted flash (including macromedia folders in Windows/System32 and Windows/Syswow64 folders) and reinstalled it.I have tried to install a new browser (FireFox) I have also tried to use Internet Explorer but they all produce the same result.
I can log in as a another character and not get the error message. Please Help! I have spent a lot of money building my character and do not want to lose my progress.
