Alternate shot set up

  The owner of the game often, 50%, cannot see 4 players and start the game.  The other players can see all players.  Players must cancel and return, and this does not help.  Cancelling the game is the only option.

  Would be nice to have some communication regarding the bugs.  Then you wouldn't have to waste time letting us know that "they know",

  We don't know of any would-be-nices, and the Hold-your-Tongue tribe from San
  Francisco Valley never tells us.
