wgt Icon....help??

    so I sent a note to support explaining bug with games shutting down last week - 

    a few days later I got a reply saying 'we've reviewed and have credited your account' 

    yet my account has not been credited even many days after the reply?

    I was asking for a couple balls or a hundreds of  creds back from ball usage.

    tossed a few replies back inquiring - since it's not happened yet.

    any help icon or other mod?

    Did you check your "Account" tab? Credits or balls, they should be mentioned there.

    first place i checked since i didn't see a credit increase on my total nor any balls added to my invintory - history shows nothing regarding this, tx

    I sure am happy today though my back aches - it is from 27 holes on a beautiful course nearby ;)

    to you and anyone who may be reading this thread - 

    wgt has resolved this matter with me and over compensated in fact.  

    It's my guess my replies were getting filtered and perhaps they had no idea my account hadn't been credited.  So, i decided to copy the text of their reply and my original into a 'new' ticket mail to support.  

    In typical speedy fashion I received a new mail in stating request received with a new ticket #.

    a short 2 hours later, I got a personal reply to my mail from support apologizing for the delay, and like me, did not know why the compensation hadn't shown up.

    I just want all to know, they've always been fair with me and this time is no different.

    I thanked them for tolerating me and the rantings of this particular wgt addict.

    cheers, get that back right - weekend will be here before you know it alosso :)

    i hope you can help me i was told you may be able,, in my cc i made up a bracket to play but i messed up some how and i made 2 brackets  the same,, if or how  can i delete 1 of them i would  be gratefull  if you can let me know as quick as you can ty

    the CC owner can delete an unfilled bracket tourney...he or she can go to "Open tournaments" tab, then they will see a delete button for the bracket if it is unfilled
