  Funny thought hit me after reading the into of religion into the thread

  Is it possible that 2000 years ago a guy like glen beck invented Jesus so he could make a lot of money. If it happened, he sure hit a gold mine

  Why don't you take your Jesus, religion, gbeck, male hatred, people that oppose your views,(right/wrong or otherwise) etc etc and join the ***-lickers society. You will find all the "wonderful" people there that share your "enlightening" persona.

  And before you come back with.."did you learn how to be mean and curse" from Jesus? or something to that effect. The answer is no, thats just my persona. I'm just one MALE/MAN American thats not going to let people like you take away any more of my "free"-doms.

  I guess it would have been free if the "GOVERNMENT" had provided it.

  Ohh wait...it is for me if I were one of the recipient class and I guess I should thank the provider class.  Come one.....no one throttled or forced anyone to spend the $20.00. Your choice..be a big boy and either choose to spend the money or not ! Thats the great thing about free market capitalism. You have the right to choose how you spend your money. Pretty up front to me since you are getting more than the 2000 credits it is FREE!

  A lot of you have some funny ideas on the word 'free'

  Free means....

  complimentary: costing nothing; "complimentary tickets"; "free admission"  without financial obligation.

  Making an offer of a free driver with the purchase of credits is not giving you the driver because without the purchase of credits, you can't have the club. Therefore the club is not free and the offer is both ethically and morally wrong.

  Such offers are nothing more than 'an inducement to buy' which in some countries and states is an illegal form of practice.

  Offering something for Free when it is not,  is a pretty shady way of doing business, especially when you can make the same offer by making it more credible and ethical.

  Example

  For two days Only

  Purchase 2,000 credits or more and we'll include a bonus Ping Driver valued at $ xdollars in the purchase price.

  Got a mail this morning from WGT, "Free PING driver". Very nice i thought, until i was reading further on, "Buy $20 of WGT credits and get a FREE Ping driver".

  It's not free then is it? Exceedingly misleading and exceedingly false advertising

  Hey Wargibbon..first off please accept my sincere apologizes for going off topic with your thread. let my arss get in the way...lol

  About the "free" Ping driver from WGT for $20=2000 credits. In my opinion thats a fantastic deal for a player in your position. No offence intended. Looking at your profile tour pro, level 20 w/starter driver. Cost of ping V2 10.5=900/985 credits (req. level 24/32 to purchase) G10 9.5=700 level 34, V2=1,185 level 47

  So Wgt offering at least the V2 900 credits min. for $20=2000 credits sounds like a give away to me. You do the math.

  Besides you going to need at least 1500 credits for all the lost balls that will need to be replaced learning your new driver. JUST KIDDING

  How in the heck did we get morals and ethics involved in a pure simple creative advertising idea.

  Question, what the hell is going to make you happy? Man I do not understand socialist logic. All we are talking about is a free exchange of services or products for money. Never mind that this money pays people's salaries. What is it you want....a government regulation to keep them from offering you something to spend money. Ohh the evil, evil corporations....they enticed me to spend my money... Mr. Big Government I am not grown up or responsible enough to spend my money and if they would have been banned from offering me a free club I would have never spent my money. Ohh the insanity.......

  All this from a country which has given us the largest financial collapse the world has ever seen. Lack of morals and ethics by your banks and lending institutions caused all that, unbridled greed of your big business,  aided by creative advertising.

  You may well accept lies as being creative - I don't.

  Well, I would not argue that and totally agree that the progressive liberals that created the laws and conditions to do this. There names are 

  Congressman Braney Frank - Extreme Liberal
  Congresswoman Maxine Waters - Ohh Extreme Liberal
  Senator Christopher Dodd - Extreme, Extreme Liberal

  So yeah you are right, we strayed from our Constituion and took to many progressive liberal ideas and tried to socially engineer a free market system by straying from proven, known lending practices. People were given loans for homes they should have never been approved for. Liberals threatened to shut backs down and guaranteed (fannie mae and Freddie mac)  the loans in the same breath. We strayed from true capitalism and federalism. America is not a Democracy it's a Republic, unfortunately progressive liberals hate it and have tried to change it. Don't worry, were gonna help fix it again November 2nd.

  no lie, you pay this you also get this. Cost you nothing.

  PS: Most Americans are onto liberals use of Sal Alinsky Rules....They don't work with me! But I commend you on using Rule #5 and #11. Progressives would be proud
