un(lmao)expected error

    2 man stroke at Andy, clicked tee off, screen went dim and froze. Reopened game client - unexpected error.

    I have now tried 30 times to open game client , same message, i am now locked into a game that won't play with no way out!

    Great repair job guys! This game was fun, now it is just an aggravating and unpleasant experience. And thats before i factor in countless lost green fees and wasted sleeves of balls. I have tried many times e-mailing CS, all i get is some fool called Otto Reply.

    Bug logs and e-mails sent on this issue, i await a proper response. Which will arrive next time my (soccer) team reach the superbowl, as in NEVER.

    Still lock in/out of game at Andy's. Tried to start free b9 Cabo tourny, hoping to get the option to leave the Andy (non) game.

    Silly me.

    This site is totally messed up. Oh and thanks for your support and assistance WGT. Which so far has amounted to absolutely nothing.

    Sorry folks but i'm still locked in/out of game. 

    I'm gonna keep bumping this until i get a reply from these ignorant people.

    bummer our locked out ... I know how much you like to play paul.......but using cursing words ? I don't think will help you get a answer from wgt

    Had some fun myself Paul, been bumped from several multi player strokeplay rounds and never even given the option to continue the round, even as a single player, frustrating, and more angrily ball wastage/usage.

    I emailed WGT's CS and their first response was

We realize that you may have provided the information below. However, it would help us tremendously if you could reply to this message and provide all the details presented.

    - Skins ID number and names of opposing players
    - Name of opposing Match Play player
    - Total amount of credits lost
    - Were you able to start the game?
    - Did your game go to extra holes?
    - Error message received?
    - Did the game appear on your Profile page?
    - Did your game appear in the Transaction History?
    Any other information that can assist, including screenshots, would help us greatly.

    If games keep dropping I would ask that you please optimize your internet connection by making sure that you are using an Ethernet cable to connect your laptop, if you are using one, to your router/modem to establish a physical connection to your router/modem to help reduce any disconnections. Also, we would ask that you please don't browse the web too much or stream any music/videos, such as Youtube, as this will have a negative impact on your game performance.

    We greatly appreciate your patience and assistance in this matter. If you have lost credits once we receive the reply we will credit your account.

    tonight yet again an unfinished game with Duffer, one19357, kinfolk69 from wooden CC.
    the 8th hole, and continually waiting and then unable to return, more concerned about the ball wastage AGAIN
    You have a problem still and you cant fix it, before you advice me on what to do, yes my cache is cleared blah, you have the problem not me and the thousands on here.
    please replace my level 48 ball please

    Still cant get out of unexpected error screen. I logged out and in to 5 different browsers on 3 different pc's, all of which had been optimised, ccleaner and advanced system care run.

    Still deathly silence from WGT, other than a reply from Otto, also a dozen bug reports sent and this thread....nothing.

    At least you got a totally unsatisfactory reply Andy, I'm getting the cold shoulder from an uncaring bunch of fraudsters and THIEVES, totally pissed off here.

    When can I expect to be able to play? Can you answer, is anyone there? Do you even care? When will i get the credits and balls owed me from YOUR mistakes.Please answer me or i will be forced to conclude that you are nothing but ignorant thieves, at least highwayman wore a mask.     FFS, as long as you've been here you still don't know this isn't the fastest way to get to WGT? You make like somebody's on the other end just waiting to read your special posts.

    E-mail them every 5 minutes if you must but posting your shots at them here sure isn't the best way to go. How do you know every shot you fire at them doesn't push your rant farther down the list?

    Six hours stuck in game client saying unexpected error with no way into game is doing my head in, an e-mail saying they're trying to fix it would placate me. I do not  think thats too much to ask of a company who have taken my green fees and ball money for a month(nice emails submitted and nothing more than an auto reply, while others had credits and balls returned) for games that have messed up due to their flawed platform.

    I know you are probably right Jim but I've never been so frustrated or angry over this game as I am today. Running out of my pain meds may be a factor.
