    Why should WGT change anything when everyone  keeps giving them money to play, the meter has always been an issue since I started, the biggest complaint in all the forums is everyone's meter, I couldn't tell you how many times ive changed settigs on my computer to adpt to there settings and meter problems , you would think by now with all the meter complants they would change to a different meter by now, but they wont because this is how they make 99% of all there money is the meter alone I know it and a lot of others who play know as well, and then there is the advertisements yes I could go download ad blocker but why should I keep downloading programs on my computer  just so I can play a game that could be fixed on there end,  personally I cant wait till some gaming company comes up with an equal golf game online with equal graphics and game play with more courses and less problems then what occur here at WGT I stop spending my cash on this game sometime back I rely on surveys which are a hit and miss and have had several sleevs of ball's donated to me, CREATE A METER THAT WORKS AND STOP RELYING ON 3RD PARTY PROGRAMS, or maybe fire your computer tech and hire someone who has good gaming experience, personally I think MrWGT just doesn't give a s**t as long as the bucks keep coming in,,,,,,,,

    I haven't given them a dime.  If it worked perfectly, I wouldn't give them a dime.  Probably why I don't complain excessively.  Worst case scenario, I walk away with no investment and some enjoyment for a year and a half.

    Moved from France two weeks ago where I used to spend my own money because I received no surveys, offers etc. Now back in the UK, and it's looking good, don't think I'll ever spend another penny here, offers and videos galore....

    Why would they change anything when they make money out us idiots keep putting up this tripe game

    We all complain,i do as much as anyone here,but it falls on deaf ears,while they have a group of people hooked and enough money coming in they'll never make changes to improve the game

    ICON quoted a week back the more we complain the less were heard

    That say's it all, we are all nobody's here we mean nothing to WGT

    Were just a hastle

    We actually do read all your posts and do care.  We understand there are some issue and apologize for any inconvenience it has caused you.  There have been some server issues lately, which we are working on fixing. In fact we have solved several of the issues already over the last few weeks.  Also the next patch that we will be pushing will have some better tools to help us identify the problems you are seeing.  

    In the meantime please be patient with us and let us know the problems.  The best way is: as soon as you see a problem right click on the game and "submit problem to WGT"  this gives us detailed info regarding the problems you saw.  

    Also please clarify if the problems you are seeing are during single player or multi-player situations.  

    Thanks for your help and once again I am sorry that the service has been frustrating.  We hear you and we will make it better.

    Great to see the problems being acknowledged and a solution is being worked on.

    p.s. Any news on national flags or yellow callaways?  ;0)

    Paulton -  We have asked for the yellow callaways from the product team so we will see if that can happen. 

    As for the national flags- I am guessing by your flag that this is a UK issue...

    Unfortunately I am told that this is a very complex problem and not easy to fix.  Our system for over 5 years assumes UK is one country. Without a massive amount of work, to fix it going forward would break all the existing account.  I am very sorry but I am not sure we are in the position to fix this right now.  I wish I had better news on the flags.

    We are literally sitting here watching the US Open and trying to fix all the disconnect issues. We have worked the last 3 weekend straight trying to make things better.  I am deeply sorry it is taking too long.

    For the first time in a long time I am impressed that someone at WGT has answered questions/complaints in a concise manner (re Yellow Callys and UK Flags) rather than total avoidance or non-comittal replies.

    The usual communication is nothing short of appalling and as such, players like myself see little point is making suggestions and slowly play less and less (and therefore spend less).

    I find at my end in Australia, the most problems seem to happen on a Saturday morn here, which is late Friday Arvo in the US, I presume.

    Things like slow loads when looking at forum messages and gameplay,  Unable to access Pro Shop and the biggest prob, Connection to Wgt keeps on cutting out... which is not my connection as I can still log on to other things.

    Good feedback... At least we know that something is getting done
