    We actually do read all your posts and do care.  We understand there are some issue and apologize for any inconvenience it has caused you.  There have been some server issues lately, which we are working on fixing. In fact we have solved several of the issues already over the last few weeks.  Also the next patch that we will be pushing will have some better tools to help us identify the problems you are seeing.  

    In the meantime please be patient with us and let us know the problems.  The best way is: as soon as you see a problem right click on the game and "submit problem to WGT"  this gives us detailed info regarding the problems you saw.  

    Also please clarify if the problems you are seeing are during single player or multi-player situations.  

    Thanks for your help and once again I am sorry that the service has been frustrating.  We hear you and we will make it better.

    So  you guys are finally admitting that some issues may be at your end. 

    It's a good start to finally addressing these issues :-)

    ps. can we get skins on whistler and cabo?

    Yes, some issues are on WGT's end.  But it's like a marriage, we can't do anything without the union of the interwebs and your own machine.  It is all interconnected. 

     

    As for skins, I will beg the product folks one more time.

    We are literally sitting here watching the US Open and trying to fix all the disconnect issues. We have worked the last 3 weekend straight trying to make things better.  I am deeply sorry it is taking too long.

    Although the message is not pleasant news, the mere fact that someone from WGT has actually responded and admitted there are problems on WGTs end is encouraging.

    I don't think anyone is against waiting on a solution and living with the mess the game has become if there is actually a solution being worked on. We are all human here and understand things don't always go according to plans. Good luck on a speedy recovery to what was once a great game. It really is time to fix it...... Waiting patiently.

    We all know now that Wgt is trying to fix the known problems, so we all should give em some slack and it could take em some time....   not saying they should relax though....lol

    As for the high stakes RG's we try them every now and then but they did not fill up quite fast enough so we stopped setting them up.  We can try again and see what happens.  But if the demand is not there, we really shouldn't run them.

    Over the christmas period there was a 2000k and 1000k over 18 holes which filled almost daily,3 at most.There were 2- 500 9 holes that filled daily.

    The unevens here take anything up to a month and the tour legend rg's can take up to 2 months or more to fill

    I entered tour legend st andrews 5 or 6 weeks ago and there is still 13 spaces left

    Don't think we can turn around high stakes any faster than we did,2 days is a awesome response time for turn around compared to 2 months tour legend rg's taking up space

    Exactly how fast do you want high stakes to fill?

    I should wait till something is done before praising them,words mean nothing.In the past Icon always used to say we will look into the problem and then forget all about it, just my gut feeling

    I constantly have problems with the swing meter "stuttering" causes me to hit many bad shots--many lost balls, then I must buy new ones. What a racket!!! What should I do on my end? I have tried all your suggestions and nothing seems to work. I am ready to give up and just quit playing.

    Just for laughs I have started counting the various unique glitches of WGT.  Only up to 31 so far, not counting their not letting each letter type easily in the forum (I have to go back and type in the missed letters, or spaces).  I love this screen shot, it happened to me yesterday-3 times, all after I tried to swing at the same shot-and WGT then said my game was done due to MY disconnecting from the game 3 times, LOLOL.  As they say themselves, in the screen shot = "THANKS, WGT"

    Billcliff - I agree, our actions will speak for themselves, but part of our action is to better communicate with you all
