  The dots on the green now stop when taking the down swing, when the putting dot option is on in settings

  It's something that they are trying to see if it will improve the meter.

  Yeah Extremely Annoying I need 2 see the moving dots all the time hope on a quick fix

  We have done substantial work to smooth the meter for lower end machines.  Part of the issue was when the dots were moving on the grid it could max out your PC's resources and cause a stutter in the meter.  So to make it better we stop all flash objects on the down swing except for the meter itself.

  We will look further into providing an option to turn the dots on or off.

  May I point you to the "Putting Grid" option in the Game Settings? It has been there for a while <wg>

  A frozen grid during downswing makes no sense at all. Therefore, you might freeze this option to "OFF" as long you have these ?experimental? conditions.

  This was suggested and it seem to work. When you bring the cursor back to start your downswing, if you hold it at your required putt-strength and then instead of just letting go for the downswing you let go and click, it will restart the grid.

  But in doing so you have substantially made my PERFECTLY SMOOTH METER start stuttering especially on putts.  Why is it when ever game is smooth and playable, wgt seem to destroy it  (un-intentially)??

  $3 and $2 ready go's had to WD as kept missing easy 5 footers due to POXY METER

  Look into it ???? Didn't cause stutter for me, and now i cant putt !!!! Make it an option for the  very few people who might want it, and leave it alone fo those who don't. Or at least put it back the way we are used to using. You guys are gtting really god at wasting my money.

  Was planning to spend $70 on new wedges and irons this weekend...dont see a need to now, or at least not until this latest "issue" (self-inflicted,as usual), gets resolved.
