CC CTTH Bracket games

    After creating the very 1st CTTH Bracket game for my CC, many members are unable to play or complete 2nd round as they get unexpected error !!! and they have to forfeit the game, but then able to play any other game ????

    What a Crappy Program this is ??? If it were a credit game my members would be stringing me up to the nearest tree to hang !!! and its not my Fault !!!!  its WGT IT's = WGT Idiot technicians !!!!!!!   FIX THIS ASAP !!!!!!

    Having issues in our CC as well. 3 players have contacted me just today. This is the message we all get.......

     

    Now that we have all clicked *play now* ....we are unable to play anything else without forfeiting this tournament.

    I should add that one member WAS able to play.

    Hey folks, were either of you, or your members able to submit a bug report after the error message? The team will need this information in order to investigate this further. Thanks and we really apologize for the inconvenience.

    Wouldn't THIS be the report? Its happening all over, i cant believe this is the first you have heard of it.

    hey samanthawho: While we greatly appreciate the screenshot, the bug report is what we actually need so that QA and the engineers can investigate. When a player submits a report plenty of information regarding the user and their system is sent to our QA team so they can analyze what occurred at that moment.

    This actually is the first we have heard of this regarding CC CTTH brackets. We do not have any bug reports from players nor have we received emails from players either reporting this specific issue.

    I have no idea what a bug report is...but it is your system that is making these errors.  If it was simply an isolated incident, I would have been the only one not able to play the Bracket tourney.

    This is not my 1st bracket tourney either.  I have played a couple of the WGT brackets, and a couple within our CC.  In each case there was never an issue for me until today.  Every time I tried to log into the game it would take me to the start and then when I hit to start the game...I received the error message on screen that my CC owner shared with you.

    Not sure what you folks tweaked in the back ground recently...but you have done an ooops.  Hope you get it fixed as we love to have fun at our CC.

    If you require something, it would be helpful to describe how to submit that something. Not everyone knows how to submit a bug report.

    Right click in the game as the issue is happening. Select "Submit this problem to WGT" and fill out the form. I'll post this in the club forum as well.
