Can anyone tell me what a small grey box signifies against a friend's name as opposed to the red, blue, grey dots etc.
This is only for my own satisfaction as I am just curious and seem unable to find any reference to it!

I thought it meant they were in time-out, or as my friends from Canada would say: Penalty Box!
