    alosso:

    3) Since your average is saturated with more than 50 rounds from about 06-15, better scores kick out higher scores. A -1 is not possible though, but -0.2 is from (74-64)/50.

It looks like the 64 is actually replacing an 82 from 6/29. If 74 replaced by 64 is a 0.2 drop in average, does an 82 replaced by a 64 come close to accounting for the 0.4 drop?

It would be (82-64)/50, close to 0.4.

Alas, he named a -1.0 change needing a hypothetical 114 score to be eliminated, and, having played well above 50 TM rounds, I suppose that the 82 has been dropped out before - there aren't too many >80 scores in the history.

    alosso:

    1) As a TM, the 50 best scores played as a TM count.

    2) Gross scores count, 9 hole rounds doubled: 32 = 64. (Par3 (Criquet), Par5 do not count)

    3) Since your average is saturated with more than 50 rounds from about 06-15, better scores kick out higher scores. A -1 is not possible though, but -0.2 is from (74-64)/50.

    4) Don't bother too much, the average follows your game, and when you're good enough, you're gonna tier up to Legend with an average of 61.00 or below.

    Enjoy the game!

Thanks for the explanation. I understand a little bit more even if, as you said, nothing explains the -1.

My problem is that I'm not strong enough to play in Legend. The difference with TM is so high! I'm where I should be in TM, I'm (sometimes) fighting for top 10 and I have never won a tournament. Now I see my average score that decreases again and again, and yes, I worry about that. I'm afraid to be bored by the game if I lose the feeling that I can win a tournament. And when I see the scores in the Legend tier... Brrrr!
