All of Nike RZN line is wonderful. They are all I use. First the black then the red. Both are amazing. However, I started using the Platinum and it is simply the very best of the best. The distance is stunning...very ! The spin is workable in tiny increments. If you haven't yet tried it, treat yourself & get ready to be smiley-faced. ~ SP ~

Cant afford them . Too rich for my blood . But as a token of appreciation , and in all gracious humility , I will humbly and totally accept , any and all balls , especially the nikes , which any and all kind hearts would like to gift .

Please do not interpret this as begging , as that is not for a player of my caliber . Just making a statement . And I dont want any of you wise guys gifting me those WGT starter balls . I have enough of those already . Got so many of them , I cant seem to get rid of them . Think I`m going to sell some on E-bay or Amazon , so I can afford the high dollar balls . :-)

You've never heard that one before?  Our CC has many tournaments where generous members gift literally hundreds of starter balls as prizes.  Some of them are lake balls and some are a bit scuffed but they're all playable.

Joking aside though please don't anybody ever gift me any expensive balls.  I'm afraid of becoming addicted to them and not wanting to go back to my trusty Callies.  It took me a while to adjust after dropping the 450 credit Nike balls, don't fancy doing it again.

How weird is that?  I checked my mails shortly after making that post and found I had earned a WGT bonus, a sleeve of red RZN vapour balls.

Thanks WGT, was this just for logging on today?

Yeah , I got a sleeve too . Talk about being taken by surprise . I went too my account to see who I needed to thank for balls , and was shocked . Well thanks WGT for the sleeve of balls . I will try one out later after Iget back from my eye exam .

Yes when players come into forums begging for equipment , it is a very worthy to gift them some starter balls and clubs , to help them out . Begging is so uncool here in the forums .Thanks again WGT for the balls . :-)

Oh. The overpriced Nikes.  I thought your ball had been buried in the sand trap and you couldn't blast it out. Glad to see that everything is OK.

Granted, I've never shot a round with any of the RZN line, but I don't think WGT can justify their cost.  Sure, maybe to the top 1/10th of 1% who have so much earnings that cost is no object they are a good ball, but for average duffers like me the credits are better spent elsewhere IMHO. I'll admit the Nike XI-S line at level 47 looks like a great ball, but even at just 400 credits I'm not sure I want to spend that much.

I know how you feel.  The balls I use are 64 credits a sleeve.  I mostly do MPs (usually not for credits), and I'm constantly going up against guys with RZNs and XIs.  Now if I'm going up against guys for credits, I'd understand, since winning often gives you enough credits to offset the durability loss during the match.  However, guys are using 600-750/sleeve balls for fun.  It makes me think that a) multi-accounting is much more prevalent than I originally assumed, or b) people are dropping some SERIOUS money on this game.

I'm not allowed to, since I'm afraid of my girlfriend.

    +1!

I played a nice Cabo round with the gifted balls, two eagles which is new to me. They play smooth, long and slow, but over my budget.

In comparison with the XI-X RZN and my faithful Callies (lvl 33), the XI win the points race with only 550 crs compared to the Red's 650 crs, but even this doesn't justify a 120% price boost of the XIs IMO.
