How weird is that?  I checked my mails shortly after making that post and found I had earned a WGT bonus, a sleeve of red RZN vapour balls.

Thanks WGT, was this just for logging on today?

Give away to our Nation Members and top players.  Enjoy them!

Oh. The overpriced Nikes.  I thought your ball had been buried in the sand trap and you couldn't blast it out. Glad to see that everything is OK.

Granted, I've never shot a round with any of the RZN line, but I don't think WGT can justify their cost.  Sure, maybe to the top 1/10th of 1% who have so much earnings that cost is no object they are a good ball, but for average duffers like me the credits are better spent elsewhere IMHO. I'll admit the Nike XI-S line at level 47 looks like a great ball, but even at just 400 credits I'm not sure I want to spend that much.

I know how you feel.  The balls I use are 64 credits a sleeve.  I mostly do MPs (usually not for credits), and I'm constantly going up against guys with RZNs and XIs.  Now if I'm going up against guys for credits, I'd understand, since winning often gives you enough credits to offset the durability loss during the match.  However, guys are using 600-750/sleeve balls for fun.  It makes me think that a) multi-accounting is much more prevalent than I originally assumed, or b) people are dropping some SERIOUS money on this game.

I'm not allowed to, since I'm afraid of my girlfriend.

Maybe they just do like I do. Take surveys and watch videos. I make enough credits to keep myself in the 500 credit Nike balls, putter pal.and buy any new clubs that come along.

You must have some secret about qualifying for surveys that I don't know of.  With videos I may get 60 credits a day, tops.

    b) people are dropping some SERIOUS money on this game.

We are blessed to have so many players here that truly adore & embrace this wonderful game. All together, they cover the entire spectrum of the "walks of life" we all are pleased to walk. It seems true that the buying of (as Alosso would say) custom clubs, balls, bags and gizmos, add to the pleasure of being here. On the other hand, for example, if I had to rely upon my career earnings to do so, I might be able to buy a rescue wood just to sell it right back at a 75% beating, so as to get a 3-pak of yellow Scrixons. I don't gamble at RG's or do any MP's, nor do I do surveys or answer questions from strangers....I would rather "sling hash" or shine shoes part time for my WGT money. And yet, I imagine there are players that enjoy a 30-pak of Miller Lites and fresh deck of Newports while they attack Olympic in heavy wind...and then stoke-up some heavenly buds (not bud lite, the other bud)...so yes, the game can cost money..in many ways. ~ SP ~

Hey, I can't knock people for shelling out to play.  I have a mortgage and a girlfriend, so paying to play this game is not an option.  However, my MP stats are respectable for the gear I use.  They better be - if I need 700 credit balls to not embarrass myself, I'm gone for good.

Will I ever be dominating the RGs?  Nope.  Am I an easy win for anyone out there?  Hell no.

I really wonder at times if much of it adds to the improvement of play. Over time, I realize that new sticks & balls can detract as much as enhance...for me that is. It seems that getting used to what one has and sticking with it is where consistent improvement is achieved. The new stuff is just fun & something of novelty.

Not all of the Nation Members, Mr Shoe - I didn't receive any - but am sure those who did get them are very happy.

Get this RZN free pack (thx WGT). Tried the balls and seen that i already know, for a low level player as me,  this is pearls for pigs.

Of course they are smooth, longer, good spin, low meter etc. But once the round ended, the score is same.

Can verirfy that on alternate game, most people use Nike balls and do not do wonders.

It is my opinion, the top players do not have the same.
