1. Naming players is a huge no-no, a person with your longevity should've known that.
2. The guy played 400 rounds in just over a month, so more than enough experience couldv've been gained by now. The reason why he tiered up is not because his avg was actually good enough, but because playing (and winning any credits, even just your entry fee back) will artificially lower one's avg, since the anti sandbagging change of rules almost 2 years ago.
3. Get an effing clue what you're talking about. I've never seen a multi act this way. They first level up, then they clean up in lower tier RGs and when they reach legend they stop playing. This is far from being the case here. He'd have to be an idiot to take that route.
P.S.: Get the eff off my CC teammates case and stop being jealous, not every one needs to have twice as many pars as birdies after 5 years. It's not that hard of a game if you play over 10 rounds a day, ffs
