  Right click in the game window, third tab, just below ...SHELL VERSION(?)

  But what do u do when u right click and the drop down doesnt show up.  for about 2 weeks now I havent been able to get to the bug log.  Any ideas?

  Depending on the type of bug, best bet would be to email customer service.  Also can you try a different browser to see if it the submit a bug report function is not working because of browser error or if it is a all around thing for you.
