  How about a Best of 9th and 18th Holes.

  There were many times that I have gotten to the 9th or 18th, be it on ranked or ctth, and simply had mild brain flatulence and ruined a good round.

  Now that is a novel idea - 18 holes of  9th and 18th holes.

  At this time we don't have enough courses for an 18 hole best of 18th. We would have to have at least 19 courses for a best of 18th due to Oakmont not allowing WGT to use any of their holes in  any best of format. We just barely have enough for a 9 hole best of 9th.

  I actually don't like the best of courses.

  I prefer to play a course that has the correct feel and character rather than a different look on every hole.   Playing # 1 at Beth Page and then going to St Andrews is not what I think is a true golf simulation.

  Maybe I'm just old school but I would much rather see the courses play out as they should rather than be put together part by part.

  Well, my old friend ( about 5 years), I wouldn't call it old school as much as I would identify it as what you prefer; which is the most important discovery one can have here in WGTland. We play for fun, as we define it. Once the fun is gone, the player follows shortly.

  Best of finishing holes and use all possible 9's and 18's.  Since some tournaments will send players out on both 9's to get more players out and faster rounds.  That could be very possible and have enough courses for that.

  There's enough 9th hole par 3's and par 5's to make a course consisting of a front and back nine total playing to a par 70, 71 or even 72. This new mash up could also count in our ranked rounds like BOP4's.

  I think the OP has a very good idea using resources already in house. :)

  The Bloshoe words are great enough, indeed for the OP but for the right idea taken out from Canine. Hope it can be done soon and, as good as Sweet wrote, we can also play for fun so play from Beth to STA is must not be a problem in a golf simulation.

  woopeedoo and WGT would announce it as a new course even though its a rehash. Proper new courses and new pin positions on the existing ones would be better and please no more pitch n putt ctth there's enough there already

  Yes, very possible was opinion.....any news?  A new best ofs with some thought would be appreciated to me, or, as stipulated so many times all over forum,........new pins?

  Some new pin positions would help also, surely that cant be difficult. As ive stated in another thread, WGT news are having the top 4 players from V Tour, playing a new course shortly...........Pebble Beach anyone.

  Absolutely agreed.......every hole should have 4 pin placements each.....I cant see the issue in adding these extra spots.......The photo when you start a game at Kiawah shows a pin on the 17th that we don't use so obviously WGT can do it......come on WGT.....time to put our customer dollars to work
