It's now 250 days since WGTadmin said he'd talk to WGT...shoe and get back to us. No one from WGT has returned to this thread. Not admin to say he has or hasn't even looked into what he said he would and not shoe to indicate he has discussed it with admin.
No one else at WGT appears to be putting any pressure on anyone to live up to their word. They continue to prove that they prefer lying to the customer over actually having to do something as promised, no matter how simple it is. After all, how difficult would it have been at some point in the last eight months for WGTadmin to simply pick up a telephone and talk to WGT...shoe or else shoot him an email?
As a business manager there is no way this would be occurring in our organization. Management all the way up to the owner of the company would have been all over WGTadmin months ago to get back to this thread with some kind of a reasonable answer.
Allowing this to go on clearly brings all of management's credibility into question, not just the employee who promised something relatively simple and couldn't handle that much.
