238 days and still WGTadmin intentionally avoids living up to his word. I would like to believe that moderators  and upper management are putting some pressure on him as his behavior here brings into question the credibility of all WGT employees. I would like to believe that, but I don't.

All the posts scattered all over this forum from unhappy customers and still no fixes. I really do think they aint got a clue what they doing. In my line of work we get complaints all day long and we have to react, sometimes if only to explain that we cant do what they want, but explain why we cant.

Then we have the meetings reg these complaints and if the customer has not been treated fairly, whether they have gotten what they wanted or not, then there is the good old assssss kicking.

Only joined just over a year ago and how the game and this forum has changed in 3 month or so is frightening

If there are discussions galore about these numerous threads then something would have been done so i tend to think the head rakers are not interested, leaving Icon etc as the sacrificial lambs

    241 and counting

WGT personnel claim to read these threads even if they don't reply directly in them. They have obviously read this one. Day after day, month after month they allow WGTadmin to erode their credibility. Any favorable response any member gets to an email or thread should be viewed with a great deal of suspicion as they continue to condone fellow employees publicly lying to customers.

The only possible reason for no response is that WGT is closing up shop and they just no longer care about their players.

Not really. A more likely reason is that WGTadmin made a promise he had no intention of keeping as an attempt to shut us up. Now it's turned into an embarrassing refusal to live up to his public commitment. That also explains ignoring wall posts and CS responding to my email with a quick offer to close my account but not to contact WGTadmin about it.

He has probably also decided not to do the correct thing and come back to this thread because he understands he will get thoroughly chastised if he does return here.

Like any business, you send one or more of your staff to spy on your opposition.....That other site will have folk signing up for WGT to nose around, and what fun they will have reporting all this customer dissatisfaction back.

Did you ever act him directly, e.g. put that number on his wall?
