Connection issues for the last 24 hours

  Wgt, please check your servers & the multiple connections you use. There has been a severe problem getting on the wgt main site & game client last 24 hours.

  I have checked everything on my end, no other problems besides your site. I talked to my IP, just t omake sure they were not experiencing any dropped packets on my connection. They said it looked gr8 with no problems what so ever.

  As you can see I'm back to the site again & I hope it all holds up. I've been able to connect only sporadically & then it's gone again for hours.

  Wanted this out there in case anyone else in NW Arkansas is having any problems.

  I am back for another few minutes, I don't have a sign in box or any ads. I'm getting frustrated not knowing what's going on. Still no game client either. I've seen everything work fine 4 or 5 hours ago, even turned in 9 holes. That tells me something is amiss in server land.

  All good here in U.K. - been playing on/off all day with not 1 meter stutter in site

  As of an hour ago, chrome seems fine again. Just finished nine holes with only a few loading stalls. The site works perfectly right now.  I have not made any changes so this is not on my end. 

  I noticed that there is a newer Shockwave Player 12.09.153. I have 12.09.149 & it does not find an update so maybe something there. I'll keep looking if this continues.

  I've verified with my IP again today, my connection is doing gr8 with no dropped packets.

  I sent this as a bug report to wgt support, no answer.

  The problem is due to pccwbtn.net  which is  "Beyond The Network America"

  IP Address  63.218.23.17  The issue stems from the Dallas TX. connection

  I spent all morning on the phone with upper tier support at my IP "Cox". I had already done the trace route for wgt & I shared the info with him. He ran the same trace route & he has the same problem. He talked to another engineer outside of Cox & he has verified many other people are having the same problems over the last 3 days with this IP.

  Please reroute around this IP as it is not reliable.

  No excuse for WGT not making us aware of this situation. No excuse for no replies to my posts. Once again wgt reaches an all time high on poor customer support, pathetic.

  seems to be having affect in the uk for some also logged on today could not log in  no box to sighn in with after sevral attemps finally on  some pages not loading at all  friends list and play now button there one min next page  its not  played a few games   game freezes on down swing  then somtimes the load manager box comes up  timed out  all is good on my end all other sites work fine  hense wgt has been slow past few days and now its got worse any chance of fixing this asap  just a note flash player is fine  cache cleared  cpu  running great  total flat lined no spikes   this is defo a server issue   cate x  reinstalled flash  still the same issues ?
