FWIW Jim, I've made complaints to Peanut Labs on several occasions for the exact same thing and never even got a canned message back from them.. So, you're making progress.

    Keep us posted.

The canned email comes if you file a complaint using the "finished survey and didn't get paid"...I do that and file another using "other" from the menu and a brief explanation  telling them I have a screenshot...

I have actually received about 13 full payments in the last 2-3 months, paid all but one complaint...

    these are from yesterday

Lot of times when I get the medical conditions questions, I do not pick anything just hit next and it will qualify me

In fours years of WGT, I have had one survey offered - I got 70 or 75 credits. I have had no credits offered via vids except the carousel.

So in comparison, 5 credits is a better return than many of us.

Regardless, 10 minutes for 5 credits is a poor waste of my time, easier to open my wallet.

Alanti, I'm surprised to read that. One survey offered in four years? Something's wrong there. I have never been able to qualify or complete ANY survey that would pay over 120 credits though.

if you lived outside the usa or great britain you would find that totally normal not a surprise

all i get are the 7 carousel views

5 credits for 20 minutes of the survey? Sod that i do 1 everyday at the moment that only gets me 1 credit for 1 minutes worth of watching a short advertisement :).The funny part about this is,soon as the music comes on,my Mrs is like your watching that damm ad again aren't ya? you only want to see her T*&s lmao.

For the most part, I've given up on surveys.  Even when you act intuitively and tell them what (you think) they want to hear, they still throw a curve and give you the "eff you, have 5 credits" message.

After two requests, they've changed the status of my complaint from 'closed' to 'pending. I'm thinking that may be a good sign.

Not sure it's worth the aggravation for $1.20, but what the heck.
