Robin Williams I believe won an Oscar for "Good Will Hunting", but if you ever get to see him in "The World According to Garp" I thought his performance was outstanding.

The "World According  to Garp" will always remain on my "Top 10 List".

Check it out if you have never seen it.

Gees that is very sad news, a great actor and comic. Too many great performances and films to list - an incredible loss to so many, as he touched our lives in one way or the other.

But one film that resonated with me that has not been mentioned, Dead Poets Society.

You're right Alan, Dead Poets Society is right up there. Another one I forgot to mention is "Awakenings" with Robert Di Nero, it's based on a true story of a doctor finding a drug that can "wake up" patients that have been "asleep" for 20 years.

It's a fantastic performance by both actors.
