Thanks again to all , applied with WTCC, thanks for all the invites. It's somewhat overwhelming as I have been a loner to this point, don"t know squat about playing any other way so might need some hand holding if your patient.

As far as cheating goes, if restarting unlimited play tourneys is cheating then I'm guilty, otherwise I'm not a very good cheater, cause I don't win anything.

I got into a bad habit of playing where I was good, but have stopped doing that recently. Which brings me to why I asked the original question, got to be more to this site than just playing the free tourney's.

    courteneyfish:
A friendly country club can enhance the fun of this game and give you a much bigger chance of winning tournaments and prizes. Since yesterday you also get free putterpal and from tomorrow free shotpal too which can save you money if you use such things.

I wonder if people that used their own homemade putterpal or shotpal like wgt's version better or worse. I use one I made, (such a cheater) but would try wgt's if it were free.

I changed to WGT's PP. My paper pal contains no extras, just %% marks, and the built-in one fits to the meter without any juggling. It's more comfy.

    1. I'm almost always relaxed.

    2. The only assumption (and insinuation) was yours, I just called you out on it. I will never take comments like yours was lightly.

    3. You think some form of apology to the OP might be in order?

Scoring mid 50's rounds after only 3 months membership?  Hmmmm....I winder.

Better keep wondering, maybe it'll finally hit you your witch hunt for cheats is becoming a tad silly. Where the hell did you find anything fishy in OP's history (scoring and other). Just because he shot 3 or 4 57s on St. Andrews in unlimited mode from shorter tees after only 3 months? Like this is somehow hard to do with the quality of equipment available to lower levels now? Give me a friggin' break. And in an unlimited tourney as well...

Considering the lack of RGs played and the non-existant MP record there's not a single thing in OP's history to point to anything else than an honest player with enough time to put in almost 500 rounds in 4+ months.

You really should learn how to spot multis and restarts better, cause right now you're so clueless it's almost painful. Next time please turn on your brain before typing such comments and remember, people don't really need to cheat to have their birdie vs. bogey ratio better than 3:2, if it sounds familiar?

And to the OP, if you like playing in CC tourneys, participate in sharing fun in the CC forum or maybe play a fun round with CC mates, you should be an asset to any CC around, including ours.

    Cheers,

a proud member of WTCC (a great place to be).

You should just say what ya really think MK.... and quit pulling punches on the Dube.     LMAO.    As far as CC's go I think everyone should belong to one. The help from the better players is priceless and the fun with friends is equally priceless. I found a great club and will never look for another as long as I play here !      R

Just wanted to say Wooden Tee CC was a great choice, great members and forum, a lot of events to play in and plenty of good golfers, I'm sure I could not have gone wrong with any of the other great clubs I looked at either.

    thanks to all, David
