  Zong not working. Can't load money for balls. I put in my cell no,..I get the pin,...I insert pin,..it sends the code to confirm payment,..I confirm payment,...my cell carrier asks yes or no,..I say yes but then nothing happens. No money leaves my cell credit and no credits load in WGT.

  Been like this for 7 hours.

  This is the procedure I have always used and it's always worked fine.

  I have sent the email and also sent a report to Zong. They said someone will contact me.

  I will wait and see.
