Ready Go *** Reporting Delays

    Hello Folks. Hello Staff.

    A clue is a clue, two clues are a coincidence, but three clues are a test. In the past few weeks, and certainly more than three times, I've a strange problem that I mentioned in another thread, this is on the RG open tournaments and I want to clarify that the problem only affects some tournaments.

    After participating an event and have received prize and award referenced, it happens to not find more the same tournament in the RG open tournaments list. We all know that the tournaments are replayable once the check phase and closure has been completed, unfortunately this is not the case and to unlock access I had to contact customer support.

    I already suppose that in the next hours I have to contact back them for recharge on #69147 (Whistler) and #69158 (Bethpage) events, problem still forcing on.

    Is there any chance that this issue will be fixed in the next update.

    yes, I have noticed same and we have had engineers checking into why it started so happen to often. I don't have anything to share yet but hopefully, soon.

    Thank you too mate.

    After reading several threads that have as their focus the same argument I might edit this thread title and turn it into some kind of schedule where we can bring any delays regarding the awarding of prizes and trophies related to the Ready Go tournaments, of course members should have to take care to wait at least 24 hours after the official closing. 

    This should facilitate your work for the Staff, obviously my intention is discretionary and you can decide how and when to close it if necessary. Hope it will help your work in addition to the wall posts on your profile.
