  expect a cookie cutter response no matter how bad, you cannot send them a saved screenshot stored on your computer you must remotely host it, all in all you may not want to waste your time, death threats are not even considered to be offensive, it's a free for all,IMHO based on my prior experience with this issue. only recourse is to try to avoid brian_____ whatever his name is or insert player name here______

  Then, ask them in a friendly way to continue because you want more proof...

  Edit: Add him to your blocking list ASAP!

  As the players mentioned above please contact Customer Support. You can reach them by clicking the hyperlink (green text in this message) or going to the bottom of the page and selecting Contact. 

  Make sure to provide a screenshot of the offensive behavior. The more information you provide the easier it will be for CS to take action. I'm sorry that you experienced this kind of behavior. 

  Hope this will assist you in reporting the matter.

  How to include a screenshot in the description field? There is no obvious way to do it.

  Or, if you don't want to do all of the above admin work, I will tell you what works for me: Kill them with "kindness". Works like a charm.
