  You hit the flag apparently.

  Was it too much to explain the pulled flag in the first time?

  Sure looked like that, only thing, the flag was pulled! It shows it not pulled in the replay but I made sure and checked,  it showed it pulled before and after my shot with a red X over the flag in the top corner... (should have taken a screen shot)

  Want to chime in on this matter WGT staff?

  It was only because I was in the game when I posted it and of course it showed the flag pulled in the replay I saw, so I didn't need to say it so I thought.... when I finished the game and came back to the bug log and saw your post that's when I looked at the replay that was saved, then and only then did I see the flag in.....

  Watching it with sound, there's not flag stick hit to be heard. This leaves me to suppose that it lipped out unluckily.

  Don't hold your breath for an official answer, we were told that this is not their main task here.

  Flag in or Flag out, doesn't really matter.  Shot was flat hit too hard, hit the side of the hole, not dead on, and lipped out

  I agree the ball was going to fast to go in - even if it was heading for the heart of the cup.

  Nothing to explain you didnt hole the shot . Just because you may have tried to doesnt mean it will happen . This also applies to putts and the rest of the game as well . Next time try hitting it a little softer and see how that works for you .
