I found a fix that might help a few users with meter problems. The fixes are safe and easy to perform.
In Windows 7:
1. Click start > type device manager > expand network adapters > right click marvel yukon > click properties > click advanced tab > click receive buffers from the list > switch from 256 to 512 > click ok.
This helped my computer better allocate the faster Internet speed my ISP is currently providing. Bottle necking is an easy way to explain it.
