It seems to be a good idea what WGT has done with the cc setups, but i wonder. I just saw that the latest CC in the spotlight, old duffers , has reached level 8 and what do they get for that: putter pal and shot pal, which they already got at way earlier level, and the possibility to score even more xp points

Anyway, they at least reached the goal that a lot of Country clubt playing there ass of for this, which is a lot of balls used, and probably also a lot of passes.

I am waiting till they give out free equipment and balls when a next level is reached, that would be something  :-))

U think WGT are gonna hand out 250 gifts to a CC  for just achieving a few XP's. Too funny.

More appropiate would be balls for individual achievements like reaching new levels, say level 90 balls for reaching level 90, now that would be worthwhile striving for.

Where is there a list to see what all the benefits are, don't say go to your CC logo and click on benefits , cause a lot of the levels are blank, with no description

OH and yes once you get the free shot pal, putter pal and the extra % experience points , whats the incentive to reach a higher level?

It is still work in progress - or to the cynical, they are making it up as they go along.

Regardless of your take, there are some tangible benefits whether you personally use them or not.

To me the next stage is the important one - to see how the CC Pool is used.

Basically any improvements to CC Features are to be welcomed, and after all, it does not cost us (or does not have to) anything to gain XP's for your CC.

I have said for a long time, CC are often the life blood of the game, without them many would simply play less or give up.

Whilst I sort of agree with the OP regarding something as tangible as a sleeve of balls for reaching X level, this really would benefit the large clubs as reaching a level is not pro-rated and secondly many would complain..."I don't use that ball". - I cannot see WGT going through the bags of each member to allocate balls ( and gawd help us if the programmers tried to write a code to do so lol)

Please don't misunderstand me, my question did  sound selfish , but was not meant to be.

I was just wanting to know the ladder of progress that is in play at the moment. I realize there is and will be more to come, but what?  The only thing that WGT could do is maybe gift certificates and the players could buy or use them as the will . Clubs ,balls , RGs

I didn't think it was, just a good point. I am not sure if WGT will comment on what is coming, and these slots are blank as WGT do not know as yet.

But I agree 100% that this could be the reward program that is missing from the company. Yes it costs a few pennies, but a little reward along the way tends to keep players playing.

My club has forwarded suggestions for the upcoming levels and a request not to make the levels so big that people will just give up. Perhaps other people could provide their suggestions as I'm sure WGT will have no idea.

    Good point.

Fantastic job by some larger clubs such as the TPC getting so many XPs.  Take my hat of to the owners and so on keeping on top of it all from big, not so big or smaller clubs.  I say thanks to such good people without the aspirations to even attempt the time it must take.  Far easier heckling from the sidelines than actually doing anything I always say:)

There is a point though in that even bigger clubs will start to look if the levels get so far apart thinking blow chasing that.  Also one size fits all will not work as some clubs simply have no aspirations to get big, and why should they when they are active as on the basis they are etc...

Great stuff so far WGT just a little food for thought IMO.

    But why should they?

I bank using Westpac, shop frequently at Woolworths, but I get nothing free from either of them - and they are two of Aussies most profitable companies.

With WGT's "millions" that is sheer speculation (and if they are, good on em)
