St.Andrews & CTTH - courses availability

  From what I can see, there are 3 CTTH courses on St.Andrews
  "Group1" "Group2" "Group 3"
  though, on Country Club tournaments, there are only 2 available (group 1 and 2).
  All other courses are available, just this one is missing. 

  Also, and this is true for all CTTH and Blitz Single Player, when you want to play a ranked round alone, you cannot select the group of holes to play on... so the only option to play the round you like, is to set up a CC tournament on it, or set up a blitz and wait for other players to join.

  Another thing that happens often is that the description of one "group" of holes is not the same: sometimes they're "Group 1" sometimes the same holes are "Front 9" so it would be nice if you used the same description in a consistent way.

  Can you please fix

  I believe with CC's they didn't put it on there, just like they don't have Cabo or Whistler.  Don't think there are any plans on changing that in regards to the SA CTTH.

  There already is a single play option for CTTH tourneys in CC's.

  Sorry I didn't express myself clearly.

  I meant enabling all courses in the game client -> Play the Game -> CTTH as a "lone player" ranked round.

  As of now you cannot chose which group to play.
