sorry, but charlemange is an idiot in any language :)

CTTH is an unlimited play format, so who cares what you average score is?  i don't think anyone is claiming that every round they shoot is <50.  all you have to do is card ONE good score.  it's the same as an unlimited stroke play tournament.  if someone wins it with a 26 on 9 holes, do you consider them "lucky" if they don't average a 26 every time they play?  of course not.  your claim that anyone who scores well in CTTH challenges is either lucky or cheating is insulting to those who have put in a lot of time (and credits) playing them, learning the shots, and executing them.

Yeah, if you card one sub-50 CTTH every 50-75 tries, nobody is going to say anything.  When you card sub-50 CTTH's in half of your CTTH's, you're cheating.

If a legend puts out a 27 9-hole round every 100-150 rounds or so... no problem.  They're a great player and got lucky.  If they are putting out 27s in 50% of their 9-hole rounds, they're cheating.

But ill say you may be ill informed seeing you have  been here a mere 6 months. You dont know how ppl grind. You have no clue yet. "Oh I cant shoot 30 so it must be a hack program." Open mouth insert foot is the program." Another blanket statement. Practice Practice Practice..Offer good prizes, The Cream will rise.   Peace

Once again, I'm roughly the #10 player on this site, and I believe it is impossible to post those scores without cheating.

WGT obviously also thinks it is cheating, seeing as how he's banned.

And when I say "cheating," it's quite possible that he wasn't hacking at all, but he's found a programming flaw in the game, like what was described by AvatarLee.  Whatever he was doing, though, it is, at minimum, an exploit of a programming flaw.

It is pretty ridiculous that you and a few others are trying to lecture not only the #10 player of the game, but also WGT.  Two of the best sources in the game when it comes to knowing who is and is not cheating, seeing as we both have a very good grasp on what is and is not possible.  And seriously, how many people has WGT banned for cheating -- not sandbagging or multi-accounting, but cheating.  This would be the second that we know of.  It isn't like WGT has a record for throwing darts at a dartboard, guessing about who is and isn't cheating.  WGT felt those scores were completely and utterly unrealistic, and they know full well whether or not that guy only posted one out of every 25-50 CTTH rounds attempted.  (As do we, seeing as how it would be impossible to do so given the time constraints.)

    yup.  still an idiot.

It would be nicer to say "clueless", if it's a nice way to say that.

Charle you use the word "impossible" way too much in reference to this game. And you underestimate what some players are capable of doing at every turn.

I've learned a long time ago nothing is impossible here, with the right player, the right conditions, and little luck, darn near pefection can be acheived. You just have not been here long enough to see that first hand.

    edit... lol Fuzzy

Once again, you have no idea what you're talking about.   Not all of us need a calculator, some of us hit shots within 10 seconds.  The first week of the KLM I'm sure I restarted in excess of 300 times in a single day,  and of those posted maybe 20 scores.    CTTP is all about restarting, its trying to link together 9 great holes,  1 bad hole=quit.

Like I said, WGT knows whether or not he quit 50 times for every round that he completed.

Fortunately for us, we do too.  Seeing as how the number of rounds he posted in 48 hours would have taken 16 hours to shoot, he couldn't have quit out of as many rounds as he completed.  He shot sub-60 CTTH's over and over and over again without hardly ever quitting.  It's right there for everyone to see.

And I know full well that you don't hit shots in 10 seconds, seeing as how, in a thread about quitting, you said that you quit out of some multiplayer games because you don't get as much time as you'd like (this was back when there was only the 90-second timer.)  Neither you nor I shoot our shots in 10 seconds, and it is impossible to play with perfect precision when you are just guessing at the distance.

Okay, if you really want to play that game, fine.  You are arguing with a once #2, #1, #3 hell pick any top position you want... player in this game.... Who has been here from the beginning, knows a lot more of the personalities and player capabilities than you do.  And I know for a fact that there are a handful of players on here that can replicate those results if they had the time and determination to do so.  Damn... I'd even do it myself just to prove you wrong if I had the time.  Would you be calling me a cheater too?  Be careful, many have been down that road before you.  Let me just end by saying that you do not have all the facts in this matter, and you are just painting yourself more of a fool with every subsequent post on this topic.
