stevepsheehan: Or better still, WAY before you implement any changes, how about asking us what we think first?
Because players in the forums are only a minority of the players on the game. If we did it this way, you would vote down a idea that may benefit a lot of players who do not know about the forums or do not read them often. We appreciate all feedback but basing decisions on just the forums would not work.
Uh? WGT discredits the most active and interested customers that they have as "only a minority"? Thank you NOT!
And, asking for our opinion would limit their freedom of decision? An "interesting" business principle!
Furtheron, why should the company ask us under this premiss? Is a thread titled "What piece of equipment do you want WGT to make?" ever imaginable? Oops...
Your confession sheds a bright light on the different "We need your feedback" threads started by WGT earlier this year - you prove what the lack of official response already indicated: These were only half-hearted moves of limited interest.
Thus it's true: The company never deserved any answers!
