The other problem with inactive clubs is if you dont see them at the start of the game, as inactive then you use up valuable passes beating nobody. I do try to monitor my clubs passes, but I cannot be awake at my age for 48 hours on the trot ha ha. Its simple tofix, no club can play in a CC  v CC clash unless they have play as a club less than 100 rounds since the last clash, or 200 or any sensible figure. The information is available in the system it would take very little to get it out. In saying that how many clubs have lost to a one man band we have.

Don't forget that there - hopefully - must be one active member to click his CC into a Clash! (Though I wonder why anybody should perform the click and then omit to play at least one game immediately)

Not a problem IMHO because the CC-vs-CC aspect is secondary. At the end of the day all that matters is the points that you make, it only matters a tiny little if you win or lose.

In numbers: 12 clashes can be played, times 600 = 7,200 points - a lot less than the distance between first and second.

And, when it comes to the prices, none of them is worth any effort, including the Golden Calf.

Or is there, If I am searching then I have to agree when one is found, but when I am searched for so to speak, I dont remember saying yes to a game might be wrong others will check me but as I say I dont remember, and why would any club say yes if nobody plays ?

So players buy passes to compete against other teams to see who can buy the most passes

Actually Al, just 11 clashes can be played max. There is a lag time after a clash ends that is always at least a couple minutes, sometimes up to 15 minutes+. while WGT is randomly finding another club to go against. This lag time added up comes off the 48 hour clash window, making it impossible to play 12 four hour clashes.

Just an FYI, it makes the excellent point you make even stronger.  :-)

On a side note, my club got "randomly" matched against The Kingdom of the Golden Fleece TWICE in the last clash.

    [...] And second and third

But after that the difference could make a difference . [...]

My point was, 11(!) or 12(?) wins don't make the difference when it comes to the
    Golden Calf.

Otherwise: what difference? To win cheesy tee markers or not to obtain flag problems? To "win" CC passes which will be traded against free passes if you don't spend the day using balls on extra rounds?

Or, to be on a leaderboard which only shows how devoted CCs and players are to fulfill the company's revenue dreams?
