It seem like the ball ware is extreme for purchased items.

I understand the need for more money coming into the coffers, but as a cheap golfer if I am going to pay to play, it would be nice to see the balls I purchase last more than 18 (+ or - ) 18 strokes.

I just purchased 3 balls to add a "yard or two" to my distance,...I made the purchase and now when I check my equipment...I have no new balls,....only the one I was issued!  Any way I can get those 3 balls in my bag???   This game is hard enough without getting ripped off at the Pro Shop!!!

And another question if I may,..maybe someone can help me out here....( newbie)...As I play rounds, I'm amassing experience points,....what benefit are these points to me,....can I convert them into "better play"...or am I dreaming????

I'd appreciate some help  here.....thanking anyone in advance!!!

As another aspect of this, I sent some balls as a gift after clicking on the promo add that said "send balls, get balls" or something like that. I sent some as a gift but the sleeve of vapors I was promised never showed.

    Any ideas?

Over there ---------> How to equip Your Bag. You have to equip your balls before you can use them.

As for level points, they unlock new equipment in the pro shop.

You might also have to clear your cache. Sometimes purchased items don't show up until you clear your cache

Hey Stagehand, the other veteran posters offer some great help, but you, or any other members for that fact, should never have to use your own money to purchase golf balls from the pro shop.

Simply peruse the FAQ's and click the "credit offers" and complete free surveys for credits to purchase golf balls of any variety. It's really one of the great things WGT has put in place for the masses.

    Enjoy!

When you log in, you will notice your golf equimpment. click on it, then click on the ball at the upper right corner. Then you will see the balls that you purchased, Right click hold and drag the purchased ball to the upper right where you previously clicked and your ready to golf with your new balls gl.

What  amazes me is as soon  as  u  purchase balls how  Quick they get  lost..  lol, i was gifted some last week and only last me 2  days out of bounds etc.but with the freebie balls i  never  lose them. seems weird too  me,maybe another Money  spinner for WGT, i guess

    ps- Get the Meter fixed.

Agree with the durability vs price issue. Paying, say, 300 credits for, say, 50 holes is too sad for me.

And the only balls I find to be stroke-penalty magnets are the Callaways, the other ones are just bunker magnets :)

Well - there's always the option to complete surveys (I never qualify, it sucks). But I use to say that if you don't want to play this for real money, you better not but anything here.
