  whats the point  of the club pass  as  the last 5 games iv played using the pass  wgt has  disconnected me  or a player has left  resulting in pass   being taken away    i do not get disconnected when  i do not use the pass   so  has wgt stopped giving out points

  Have you submitted a bug report when you experienced this? Players should still receive their CC XP if you finish the game. Even if your opponent dcs and you see your Country Club pass vanish. If you are positive you are not receiving your XP then we need you to submit this bug report. This will assist our QA Team in tracking down the issue.

  To Submit a Bug Report you simply Right Click on the game window and select the option. Then give a detailed summary of what happened. Include the course and the exact time.

  right     click dont seam to   fetch anything up    im using maxthon browser     i have scored 23847 club points      im off to play  a alt shot game now    using todays pass      bet  i dont get to finish the game

  player got disconnected on second hole   but as you say  still got  some points

  Don't use the pass for alt shot either play one hole to get the cdp's or a tournie cause chancing it with others is not worth losing it 

  If the game does not finish all you get is hits on the ball points

  Not so.....The last 2 days I have used the pass on the first game of the day and did not receive points for my CC although I did get the points for myself.

  Both days I was playing multi player stroke. On the first day we received the 'error,please shut window and try again' message.Got back in to the game but the pass has vanished. I used the contact us at the bottom of the home page and was awarded an extra pass. Today on the first game of the day I use the pass in a 3 player game. On the 4th hole one of the guys has loading problems so he disconnects and we go back to the lobby and then back into the game and once again my pass has vanished. Got the points for myself at the end of the game but not for my CC. Now it is all well and good issuing another pass but this does not help the CC if we are going to lose the pass every time someone has to disconnect for whatever reason.

  The best result would be for WGT to do something about the issue.

  1121 points lost for the CC on the first occasion and 1243 lost today.

  any 1 know a lawyer.....WGT has stolen  $1.85 from me in the last  two days-- not

  free ones  either.  no big deal ?     $ 1.85 times  10,000,000  players = grand  theft

   

  Maybe i'll  just call  the AG  in my state                 please forward  to  WGT,  attn: Legal Dept

  try doing the one hole to get the xp points or play a tournie or just stroke play SOLO then if you get the error send in a bug report

  The point we are trying to get across is that this should not be occurring. If wgt cannot get it right then maybe they should pull the plug on the CC pass completely.
