lexmarkz33: Hewsey: A recruit is a new member to your CC & can become a member any time the CC owner wishes. He can participate in all CC events. A club recruit is a portenual member! ...and will remain as such until the Owner feel that he has met the requirement to become a member. WGT selects him as a recruit because that is something they they CAN keep track of (they know exactly when he was recruited! Only the Owner decides when he have proved himself to become a member.....and assign him as such. Also WGT have no control over weather a member is an Officer (and what his duties are)...or weather he is a Vetran. Only the Owner control those assignments: The Owner appoint his Officers and gives them duties...ie Captain and Co-captains The Owners also know who in his club are vetrans: Vetrans are not members who have just been in the club a long time.....rather he is a long time member who have supported the club activities. Members who have been in the club a long time sitting on the side-line is not a vetran.....he is rather a free-loader. And the Owner is the only one that can make that determination.....and make assignments.....not WGT! That's why the Owners.....and only the Owner have the tools to make ALL assignments.

Should have stopped here lol
Actually that's not true. Any person you accept into your CC is automatically a member. Recruit, member, veteran, officer, all mean absolutely nothing at this point.
Recruit is a good tool for one thing, check for non participants in club and make them recruits, then when feel like it, check again on them, if still not taking part then say bye bye!
How do owners change Recruit /members to members vetrans etc .looked in owners tools no indication or help
how owners can change recruit to member or vetran ??? owners tools do esn't specify

3 vertical dots after each members name, click on it and there is your option
@ronie41: In reply to your question I found this valuable description from the start of the thread:
WGTadmin: Go to the Country Club Home page and locate the member list. All the way to the right are three dots in each member row. Clicking on the three dots will allow you to change a member's role. Below is a screenshot showing the three dots. http://screencast.com/t/Z8Y5AIPN

May I propose to you to read a bit more before asking?
