I was in a foursome skins practice 9hole a player kept disconnecting and I eventually lost a pass I had to pay for when the game was cancelled I can't even find a place or method to complain to wgt!! nonsense

Next time, spare your pass for a single play round - starting from one hole.
And, since losing the costly pass bothers you, don't buy any pass any more. IMHO, it's not worth the money.
