    How about a driving range and putting green where one can try out clubs from the pro shop before you buy?

    search driving range over there------------------------------------->

    Good idea but it's been requested many times before, sadly WGT decides not to listen to what we actually want and instead makes WGT like my sons video games by adding levels.

    First time i've heard anyone suggest that...you may have unlocked the secret to how to get a practice range/green developed...the secret being how to make money of it of course...Selling different size buckets for different amounts...small amounts please...like a small (20 balls) for 10 credits, medium (35 balls) for 15 credits, large (50 balls) 20 credtis or something like that...putting green could be done with a certain number of putts...i would hope that using the green wouldn't wear out your balls though....

    Or just have the green wear down your golf balls so you have to buy golf balls more often would be another way WGT could make money off a putting green.

    Wishful thinking, mate. In real life, does the pro shop owner let you take a couple of clubs home in order to try them out before you buy them? I don't think so.

    I am for a driving range and green putter where you can practice your game (with your own clubs) though, but  this is another wishful thinking, I suspect....

    Actually, while may not let you take them home they do let you try them out.

    The purchases I have made of real clubs have never been made without testing the clubs first, either on a practice range or at the very least in a net.  Larger golf stores often have 'tester' clubs for this very purpose, otherwise club heads are protected with a bit of tape to prevent marking but allowing you to get a feel for the club.

    Think this would be a great addition, in parallel to the obvious need for a driving/putting range in the first place.  However, if you have to pay to test new clubs it would be no better than current rental option.

    Every golf club that I have been a member of does generally have a nice pro shop who has demo clubs of pretty much every brand for you to try.  It might only be a 6 iron but it gives you a feel for the irons.  They generally will tape up any wood for you to test on the range as well.
